India in Zimbabwe: Injured Ambati Rayudu Ruled Out, Sanju Samson Comes in

Ambati Rayudu has been ruled out of the remainder of India's tour of Zimbabwe due to an injury sustained during the second ODI in Harare on Sunday. Sanju Samson will join the team as his replacement
Rayudu pulled his right quadriceps muscles and will require two-three weeks of rehabilitation, according to a BCCI release. India are leading the three-match ODI series 2-0. India will also play a couple of T20 Internationals (July 17 and 19). The third ODI will be played on Tuesday.
The national selectors have named Samson as Rayudu's replacement for the remainder of the tour. Kerala lad Samson has done well consistently in domestic cricket and has impressed during his IPL stint with Rajasthan Royals. The 20-year-old is a right-handed batsman and can keep wickets.
Rayudu was in good form for India during the Zimbabwe series. He scored his second ODI hundred (124 not out) in the first match in Harare on July 10. In Sunday's match, which India won by 62 runs, Rayudu scored 41after coming in at No. 3. (Rayudu Thanks Dhoni After Match-Winning Hundred)
